  We are so grateful that we were referred to your office. We can't imagine a better skilled or more reasonably priced orthodontist. Our almost 13 year old, Zack looks and feels great since he started coming to your office. We have made an appointment to have our younger son, Matthew seen by you also. I see other children who desparately need orthodontist care and think of how blessed we are. Thank You!

  My 12 1/2 year old son had oral surgery about 3 weeks ago, had hardware put in by the surgeon to help the tooth come in and Kayla at Dr. Nagel's office customized a wire to help with pulling down the tooth. This entailed pulling him out of school for the oral surgery, he is still eating soft foods and a few appointments. He had an appointment with his dentist last week for a routine cleaning and the hygienist ripped out the hardware that was glued to the tooth by the oral surgeon, the wire that was put in to help pull down the tooth poked him and the hygienist somehow poked his gums above his top front teeth and they are still swollen and sore. I wasn't aware of this until we left the dental office and as soon as we were out the door he burst into tears, was angry, upset and was crying hysterically from this experience. This was very painful and he was also very worried about any damage this may have caused. It was already after 5:00 p.m. and I immediately called Dr. Nagel's office. Nicole answered the phone, I told her we were having an emergency and she told us to come in immediately. She didn't hesitate for even one second, ask permission or ask any questions at all, even though it was after hours and they were finished seeing patients for the day. Dr. Jeff Nagel and his staff waited for us to arrive so they could help. As soon as we arrived Dr. Nagel asked what happened, listened, then completed an evaluation and did some work in his mouth to help with the pain. All the while he was talking with my son in a very calm manner and had a positive attitude, which helped to calm him down from this terrible experience. After Dr. Nagel was done May put on a bracket, changed his wire, flossed his teeth and was super gentle, sweet, calming and kind, like she always is when we are there for a visit. After May was finished I could tell that he felt comforted by their care, completely relaxed and no longer worried. We haven't experienced an emergency like this before and we feel so grateful and blessed to be under Dr. Nagel and his team's care for our orthodontics. Every single person at his office is genuinely kind, professional, knowledgeable, personable and just great people all around. It feels like a big, happy family working together when you walk through the door and they treat their patients with the utmost care and compassion. They really went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us with this unexpected emergency, which, I have a feeling is the "norm" for them because they truly care about their patients. If anyone is reading this review and is looking for the BEST orthodontist, Dr. Nagel's office is a 10+ / off of the charts and I give them the highest of recommendations. I was a patient of Dr. Norman Nagel when I had my braces and both of my kids are now patients of Dr. Jeff and Dr. Norman Nagel. These doctors and their staff are amazing.
