- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Recently my child got sick and needed a nebulizer - an expensive way to suck down medicine through your lungs. Well, CVS, which is a chain pharmacy and has its perks, only had a super expensive nebulizer and wouldn't even try to bill it to insurance. The Pharmacist/owner of Simi Pharmacy, who was very sweet, stayed open an hour past her normal closing time, to talk with CVS and my pediatrician and arrange to have me pick up the meds through her - but went above and beyond by attempting (and succeeding) to bill my insurance for the nebulizer. I am so struck by her level of professionalism and customer service that I will be taking my family's pharmacy business there from now on.January 25, 2017by Brice Carson
